Terms of use
Paaje IT · last updated 29 October 2026 · version 2026-10-29
These terms are an agreement between you and Paaje IT, which runs TradePilot. By creating an account you agree to them, to the Privacy policy and to the Risk notice. Please read all three — they're short.
1. What TradePilot is
- An educational tool for practising crypto day trading: it shows trading signals from one tested rule, lets you place trades you approve, and offers an Autopilot that trades only inside rules you agree to, word for word.
- It works with a simulated Paper account and exchange testnets (test money) only. Real-money trading is switched off.
- It is a test version (beta). Features may change, and the service may be paused, limited or stopped.
2. Not financial advice
- Nothing in TradePilot — signals, grades, track records, Autopilot, alerts or emails — is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Paaje IT is not a licensed financial adviser, broker or exchange.
- Track records are backtests on past data. They don't predict future results. Most trades are small losses.
- You make your own decisions and are responsible for them.
3. Who can use it
- You must be 18 or older and allowed to use these kinds of services where you live.
- Crypto and crypto trading are restricted in some countries, and some networks block exchange websites. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you.
4. Your account
- Give a real email address, keep your password and authenticator app safe, and don't share your account.
- Two-step sign-in is required before you connect an exchange. Your PIN approves trades and Autopilot changes — don't share it.
- Tell us at once at pauloluwadamilareajeigbe@gmail.com if you think someone else has used your account.
5. Exchange connections and Autopilot
- Only connect testnet API keys, created for TradePilot, with trading permission only — never withdrawal permission. You can delete them at the exchange at any time.
- Autopilot places and manages trades only within the rules and statements you accepted, on the account they name, until they expire or you pause or stop it. You can pause it at any time.
- Software, networks and exchanges can fail. Orders may not be placed, may fill at a different price, or stops may slip. TradePilot puts stop orders on the exchange so they work even if TradePilot is offline, but it cannot guarantee any result.
6. Fair use
- Don't misuse TradePilot: no attacks, scraping, automated sign-ups, reverse engineering to harm the service, or use for anything unlawful.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other users or the service at risk.
7. Liability
- TradePilot is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties, as far as the law allows.
- As far as the law allows, Paaje IT is not liable for trading losses, missed trades, exchange or network failures, or indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Ending, changes and law
- You can stop using TradePilot and ask us to delete your account at any time (see the Privacy policy).
- We may update these terms. For important changes we'll tell you in the app or by email before they apply.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
